If the product is defective, you can contact us on WhatsApp at 8882650187 and briefly explain the problem within the specified warranty period for exchange. If the product is defective, you will be notified of the next exchange process on WhatsApp itself

 

If in case, you receive a Wrong/ Empty/ Damaged/ missing/ parcel, the complaint will only be considered if you have the proper unboxing video from the starting when the parcel is seal packed till you turn on the product in the same video (if not charged- then charge and show in the same Video). Video starting from between will not be considered, it should be in one go and the video should be sent to 8882650187 on WhatsApp, with your Name, Issue and do mention that you've made a purchase from Website for better assistance.

 

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for exchange. All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we might not process the request for exchange. 

 

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. INDIA POST could be a preferred medium as it is budget friendly. 

 

There is no policy for REFUND.
